The YC6K boat engine adopts electronically controlled high-pressure common rail technology, which meets IMO Tier II emissions, has good power and economy, and is an ideal matching power for the main engine of official ships, yachts and tourist ships.

Fuel System

>Two-stage diesel filtration, strong adaptability to oil, good safety and reliability.

Cooling system

>High-efficiency oil cooler, water-cooled exhaust pipe technology, high-efficiency cooling, effectively reducing the temperature of the engine room, good thermal balance, and more reliable.

Gas distribution system

> Four-valve technology, sufficient intake air and sufficient combustion, using Yuchai's proprietary piston ring sealing technology and valve oil sealing technology, lower lubricating oil consumption.

Gas red body

>High-strength cylinder block structure, integral crankcase structure, high safety factor, good reliability, open side windows in the body, one cover per cylinder design, easy maintenance.

Intake and exhaust system

>Stainless steel air filter element, corrosion-resistant, washable, water-cooled exhaust pipe technology, effectively reduce the temperature of the engine room.

>Double-wire structure generator and starter can effectively avoid the electrochemical corrosion of the hull; equipped with digital intelligent machine side and remote monitoring instruments; dual-energy start-up is optional.

Combustion System

> The overall cylinder head has four valves, and the fuel injector is placed in the middle. The fuel is atomized evenly, the combustion is sufficient, and the exhaust smoke is small.

Oil system

>Internal cooling oil channel piston, one-ring cooling technology, effectively reduce piston temperature and oil consumption.
