Production Processes

After assembling the TSD series surface drive propulsion devices, the company implements rigorous quality control protocols to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This process includes precision laser inspections, as well as static and dynamic balance assessments of the machined blades.

Furthermore, the assembled units undergo specific duration idle tests and dynamic load evaluations. To guarantee durability, the company conducts comprehensive load operation tests on both the device and blades within a specially constructed circulating pool.
