The V75 marine engine adopts the domestic electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system, which meets the national second emission of marine engines. It is developed in combination with the technical characteristics of marine engines and is an ideal power source for the main engine of small boats.

Fuel System

> Electronically controlled high pressure common rail system, good atomization, sufficient combustion, fast transient speed regulation and small fluctuation, safe and reliable.

Oil system

> The machine is equipped with auxiliary components such as filter, filter, oil cooler, etc. to ensure the reliable operation of the system.

Cooling water system

> "Water-cooled exhaust pipe + heat exchanger" module integrated design, using cast iron casing, strong anti-corrosion ability, wet vortex post-cooling pipe, effectively reducing exhaust temperature.

Intake and exhaust system

> Turbocharger technology, sufficient intake air, integrated design of "intake pipe + intercooler" module, increase intake air density, full combustion, and environmentally friendly emissions.




Electrical System

> Electric starter motor, ECU, vehicle wiring harness, on-machine instruments, remote instruments, speed, oil pressure, water temperature, boost pressure and other related sensors, with good monitoring performance.

Gas red body, cylinder head

> Alloy cast iron with high degree of strengthening.

Crankshaft, Piston, Connecting Rod

> Integral crankshaft, sliding bearing, small size, light weight, compact structure and high reliability.

> Aluminum alloy piston; adopts internal cooling oil channel structure, cooling spray hook for oil spray cooling, effectively reduces temperature and improves reliability; connecting rod is made of alloy steel material, high explosion pressure design, high safety factor, to ensure the reliability of key moving parts .
