TSD Surface Drive System Test

Publish Time: 2022-01-21     Origin: Site

The TSD Surface Drive System is a high-speed, durable, and cost-effective marine thruster device. It can not only be used with diesel engines, gasoline engines and electric motors, but also widely used in fishing, transportation, leisure and other boats. Before each production is shipped, we will test the shipped products to ensure that the finished surface drive system has no problems before shipping. Before testing, we will also pass these tests to judge whether the product is qualified.

before testing:

  • Check whether the overall surface drive equipment confirms the production is correct

  • Fix the entire surface drive system on the frame with screws, and install the propellers together firmly

  • The power can be transmitted only when the transmission shaft is connected with the gear box.

The test starts:

  • After the switch is turned on, it is confirmed that the installation is normal through the sound, the rotation of the transmission shaft equipment and other information

  • Test whether the propeller rotates normally

  • Test whether the steering is normal and smooth, and the mobile surface drive system should also confirm the lifting system

After repeating the test several times to make sure there is no problem, we can start packing and ready to ship.
