On December 21st, TSD factory was honored to welcome two distinguished guests - Mr. Othman and Mr. Azman from Malaysia. After half a year of online contact, they decided to visit the TSD factory in person to gain an in-depth understanding of our surface drive system and seek long-term partnership.
During the visit, we fully demonstrated the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end of the production line to our customers. Involving all aspects of product materials, processes, equipment, testing facilities, etc., we demonstrate how TSD designs and manufactures efficient surface drive systems through the perfect combination of advanced technology and innovative design. Customers actively raised questions to further verify the performance of the system.
However, the nature of mechanical products is difficult to demonstrate through physical demonstration alone. We took customers to the river for testing, allowing them to experience first-hand the process of starting up and testing the surface drive system. This kind of field experience allows customers to more intuitively feel the excellent performance of the surface drive system.
After a tour of the production process and field testing, we had an in-depth exchange of ideas in the office. Customers are very satisfied with the manufacturing process, materials and testing of the TSD surface drive system. We also gained a deeper understanding of the Malaysian marine market and the popularity of surface drive systems in the region. This intimate communication not only deepened the understanding between us and our customers, but also further consolidated the trust between both parties.
