Australian customer BH500 high-speed surface drive propulsion trial

This is an 8m long iron ship from Australia. The main purpose is for fishing and transportation. Therefore, the customer hopes that it can reach faster speeds and improve efficiency. The customer clearly requested that after a good engine and propeller scheme be matched, the speed should be 25 knots or more under no-load conditions. The original customer’s Isuzu engine was equipped with a mobile BH500 high-speed surface drive propulsion. The speed reached 26.9 knots in the first test. The customer was very satisfied with this high-speed surface drive solution.
